Morgan E Williams BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV
Morgan grew up on the family farm in Port Talbot which included a mixture of sheep, beef and arable, with farming family connections throughout the whole of South Wales.
He founded M E Williams Chartered Surveyors in 2018, following working as a rural chartered surveyor throughout South Wales for the past two years and previously working for a number of National Land Agents.
Morgan obtained a degree in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural University, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. On obtaining fellowship to the CAAV Morgan was awarded the Bob Jones Trophy for being the highest placing Welsh candidate.
He is a previous treasurer of Bridgend YFC and previous Glamorgan FYFC CLA committee representative.
Morgan still has a keen interest in the family farm and wider agriculture having obtained agricultural scholarships such as the NFU Gareth Raw Rees Memorial Scholarship and the RAU Sir Emrys Jones Memorial Scholarship.
